1. How do I perform software updates for the motor, battery, and display via the app?

Our software for the motor, battery, and display could be regularly updated through the Hepha APP.
1) Open the Hepha app.
2) Log in to the Hepha app. There is a QR code for the frame number on the back of the user manual. Scan the QR code to register your bike.
3) Open the settings page.
4) Settings: Red dots appear on the right side of the motor software, battery software, display software, and shift assistance.
5) Click to update.
6) The red dot disappears: The upgrade is successful.

You can download the Hepha APP for free from the Google Play Store and the App Store, and it is available in both English and German.
If you have an OTA update, please connect your smartphone to the Hepha display on the e-bike via Bluetooth,
then the motor, battery, and drive system can be updated.
