1. For which e-bike is the app suitable?

• The Hepha app is suitable for the HEPHA Trekking 7 e-bike. If you wish, you can view all the technical data of the e-bike here: https://hepha.com/de/pages/trekking-7-overview.
• You can download the free Hepha APP from the Google Play Store or APP Store.

• Password: Use at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers. After you have entered your password, you will receive a confirmation email. You should click on the link in the email.
