How to use Hepha APP

1. Bluetooth Connection / E-Bike Registration

Please log into the Hepha APP and scan the QR code on the back of the manual to register your e-bike.

1) Connect your smartphone to the Hepha display on the e-bike via Bluetooth.
Stay close to the e-bike while connecting to Bluetooth. If the Bluetooth logo is gray, Bluetooth is turned off.
If the Bluetooth logo is bold black, Bluetooth is on but not connected. If the Bluetooth logo is blue, the Bluetooth connection has been successfully established.
2) The battery level in the app is the same as on the display, and the icon is green. The display automatically shows the current time.
3) Currently, the total kilometers can only be viewed through the app (the total kilometers cannot be read on the display).
4) After a successful Bluetooth connection, we can provide you with an updated version of the motor software in the app and analyze the motor support data, as the display itself does not have a network.

5) While riding, you should turn on the Bluetooth of the display and your mobile phone. After a successful Bluetooth connection, the Hepha app can display ride data. After a successful Bluetooth connection, you can adjust the motor support in the app.

2. How to Open the "Phone Key" Function in the APP:

• Please connect the display and the app via Bluetooth.
• Open the "Phone Key" function.

• Set a password for the display.

• Turn the display off and then on again.
• Enter your password for the display, or the display will unlock automatically when the phone is near the bike.

Important: First, you must turn on the Bluetooth of the display and the mobile phone. And the display must be successfully connected to the app. The display should be installed on the bike.
