The warranty terms are also valid outside of Germany. The warranty service begins on the delivery date.

3. How can I dispose of my E-Bike battery?

As proof, we would like you to take a photo of the battery showing the serial number, which is located on the underside. You can generally drop off your defective battery at local recycling centers. For more information on disposal sites, please visit the website http://www.grs-batterien.de/. Often, local hardware stores and E-Bike dealers also offer the option to accept batteries and dispose of them properly.
