1. Trailer Attachment

Our axle threads have the specifications M12*1.75. Please ensure before purchasing a trailer that the trailer seller can assist you with the assembly. Hepha itself does not offer a trailer assembly service.
Note: The permissible maximum total weight is 130 kg (including the weight of the e-bike, the person, the trailer, and the load). The weight of the e-bike is approximately 27 kg.

2. Mounting a Bottle Holder and a Frame Lock

We have taken user feedback into account in our new bike frame and added additional threaded holes for mounting a bottle holder and frame lock. Unfortunately, these configurations are not present in the earlier bike frames. During the transition period, we are shipping the bikes randomly.

3. Do you sell e-bikes with belt drive and hub gears?

Thank you for your trust and support for Hepha E-Bikes.
Currently, we do not plan to sell e-bikes with belt drive and hub gears.
We sell e-bikes with chain gears.

4. Can the headlights be replaced?

You can replace the headlight. If you want to replace the headlight, use another 12V headlight.
The headlight connector can be connected to headlights with a maximum power of 12 watts.

5. Can your bikes be equipped with a Rohloff gear system?

Your question depends on the specific model. We recommend that you contact professional maintenance personnel to confirm whether it fits before replacing it.
Replacing accessories may affect our warranty terms. We recommend you read the user manual before replacing the original accessories.
