1. Is the battery removable?
Yes, the battery is located in the central tube of the frame and can be easily removed with a key.
If you wish, you can charge the battery independently.

2. Can I lock the battery?
Yes. A locking mechanism is provided, allowing you to lock and unlock the battery on the bike.
3. Long-term storage of the battery?
Store the battery indoors in a cool place with a consistent temperature between 10 and 20°C.
Protect it from direct sunlight and rain.
Charge the battery to about 70% before storage.
Recharge the battery to about 70% every six months.
Fully charge the battery before next use.
4. How quickly does the battery capacity decrease?
As with any modern battery, capacity decreases over charge cycles. Battery life: (as recommended by the manufacturer) 800 cycles, remains >80% capacity, and our warranty is 2 years.
5. My battery is empty. Do I need to recharge it immediately?
You should charge it to 70% if you plan to store your bike immediately afterwards for a period of 6 months or longer. However, if you plan to use your bike soon, just charge the battery before your next ride.
6. Does the display and lighting still work when the battery is empty?
Yes. When riding with an empty battery, the pedal-assist no longer works, but there is still enough residual energy for the ride home, allowing the display and lighting to continue operating. You can set the display brightness to 75% or 100%.
