1. If you notice that your electric bike has been damaged during transport, please take photos of the damage and notify us immediately upon receipt of the electric bike (within one week).
2. If you receive a box that is clearly damaged upon delivery, or if the bike has been transported lying down, we recommend that you open the box immediately upon delivery and note the damage on the delivery slip.
3. If you find that the electric bike is severely damaged, for example, that some parts are broken and not functioning properly, please refuse the delivery and note this on the delivery slip. I sincerely hope that this will not be the case with your delivery. In this case, we will contact you to find further solutions.
4. If you have already accepted the delivery, please send us a description as well as photos and/or videos to service@hepha.com.
5. In the worst case, if the electric bike has minor scratches on the frame, please also send us clear photos and we will file a complaint with the logistics company and pay you the corresponding compensation.
