About returns

1. We support a 14-day free return and exchange policy. You can purchase and try out the product first. If you are not satisfied with our bike, you can return it to us. Hepha will cover the cost of returning the bike.
2. The bike must be returned in its original packaging. We strongly advise you to keep the original packaging within the 14-day return period to ensure a smooth return process.
3. Once the returned item is sent back to Hepha's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
4. Hepha will cover the costs of returning the bike.
